Your proposed modifications are somewhat vague.
If you intend to create a new background, this will count. If you simply swap the existing background with a provided asset it will not.
I am unsure what the modification Main Menu / Levels means. Do you mean to make more levels? If so this would count as a significant change.
Does players simply mean player values? Or do you intend to create a new sprite for the player. Or change its functionality.
Please be sure to be more specific with intended modifications so we can provide more sufficient feedback.
